At DC Remapping, we recently had the pleasure of tuning a VW Golf R 2.0. The owner was looking for some additional power and torque, and we were more than happy to help.
After a thorough inspection and assessment of the vehicle, we got to work on the tuning process. Our team of experienced technicians used the latest software and equipment to adjust the engine's parameters to achieve the best possible performance while keeping within safe limits.
We were able to increase the Golf R's power from the factory 304 bhp to a very impressive 359 bhp. But it wasn't just about the power; we also managed to increase the torque from 398nm to a staggering 560nm.
With this significant increase in power and torque, the VW Golf R 2.0 was able to achieve an even more exhilarating driving experience. The acceleration was smoother and more responsive, making overtaking and cornering a breeze.
